The Institute for Healing Justice and Equity will serve as a hub for trans-disciplinary research collaboratives, where community members and scholars work jointly to create new conceptual, theoretical, methodological, and translational innovations that integrate and move beyond discipline-specific approaches to address a common problem. The Institute is proud to serve as a place for interdisciplinary research, bringing together faculty, students, staff and community organizations to collaborate on community engagement projects and grants.
