Collaborative for Anti-Racism & Equity Workshop
The Collaborative for Anti-Racism and Equity (CARE) is a group of partners supporting the movement to address racism as a public health crisis. As a part of the American Public Health Association’s (APHA) Annual Meeting & Expo, this interactive workshop will guide participants through CARE’s work centering and amplifying community-led efforts and community-generated ideas to advance health equity, racial equity, and justice. Through roundtable discussions, participants will explore policy recommendations and implementation strategies for advancing health, racial equity and anti-racism efforts and connect with other partners working on racism as a public health crisis.
