Humanizing Equity

Humanizing equity is an approach to equity work that ensures the most marginalized people are the face of the solution and not the problem. This panel will feature experts in equity and inclusion to discuss ways to shift future practices so our work is community-driven and inspired. Participants will be asked to bring potential equity efforts and prepare to talk about ways to humanize those efforts.
