| I am a Clinical Psychologist and licensed to practice in Missouri since 1991 (over 30 years). My career experiences have allowed me to attend to my pursuit of serving persons disenfranchised from access to mental health care, such as inpatient Psychologist for the chronically mentally ill, SLU faculty member, and developer of a mental health program for sexual assault victims. I am the founder and developer of Keystone Mental Health Services and Director of Clinical Programs for the past 20 years at Our Little Haven. | I have lived all over the country pursuing my education. Originally from Kentucky, I received my undergraduate degree in the state from Centre College, before moving to Southern California to earn my PhD from Loma Linda University. My nationally accredited internship was in a dual residential treatment program and school district setting in Pennsylvania. The purpose of the Association of Black Psychologists (ABPsi) St. Louis Chapter is to advance the science of psychology and promote the mission and destiny of ABPsi as the liberation of the African Mind, empowerment of the African Character, and enlivenment and illumination of the African Spirit. Additionally, ABPsi STL strives to support and provide quality mental health services to residents of the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
